The Pikachu VMAX is one of the most sought-after cards of the year 2022, and rightfully so. It features not only the most popular Pokemon of all time but also the legendary trainer Red, the trainer we grew up playing, the trainer that started it all!

So when these two came on board, history was bound to be made! It was first revealed to the masses last year in the Climax expansion, which was limited to the Japanese Market only, and lo and behold, the Pikachu was one of the most popular cards there as well.

Since it was first revealed, fans across the Globe have been drooling to get this card in their collection. Finally, after months of waiting, we got the Pikachu VMAX in the Lost Origin expansion. Saying that the card is hot right now would be an understatement because almost everyone is ready to pay a premium for it.

As you all may know, Pikachu is an electric mouse Pokemon, and the only Pokemon player that don’t evolve; such is the stature of the Pikachu. Even though it enjoys a lot of fame and love, it isn’t the best one in the fandom; it isn’t even the best electric type. But it still reigns supreme in popularity by a mile!
